In WordPress, navigate to Plugins -> Add New. Search for “Translate by Supsystic” and click Install Now.
When the installation has completed click “Activate Plugin”.
You will have a new admin menu item titled “<a href=”http://supsystic.com/plugins/translate-plugin/” title=”Tanslate by Supsystic WordPress plugin>Translate by Supsystic”.

Step 2: Customizing the Translate Settings

After activating plugin click on Settings tab of Translate plugin.

Let’s configure the general settings.
On Settings tab you will have the next opportunities –

• Default Language – here you can choose default language for your site;
• Available Languages – list with available languages for your site (you may select a few languages);
• URL mode for Language – define your site address with selected language in browser. Here you can select:
• Query Mode (not recomended, will add ?lang=en to your site address);
• Pre-Path Mode (recomended, will add /en/ to your site address).
• If no Translation Available – it means that if no translation for example exist for selected language – what we need to do? And here you can choose one of the following answers:
• Show empty content
• Show default language content
• Hide Language for Default – hide language in URL address for the default language

After configuring the Translate settings, go to WordPress navigation menu -> Appearance -> Widgets.

On the list of available widgets you need to select Translate by Supsystic widget and click on the Add Widget button.
Or you can just click and drag this widget on the area you need and it’ll be added on the main widget area. There you have ability to manage your Translate plugin.
Here you can find such options :

• set Title
• choose Display Type:
• Simple link
• Buttons
• Select Box
• Customized Select Box
• if you want to show flag icon, you need to press on the Show Flag Icon checkbox (a small icon of the national flag of the country which language will be used)
• also you will be able to change Flag Icons Size (16px, 24px, 32px or 48px) .

Don’t forget to press Save button!

Step 4: Creating translation for your content

To create a translation of your site content – go to the existing post/page or create a new one.
Inside the page you will see tabs with languages.

There you need to translate your pages or posts with each of the languages you want by clicking on that tabs.
After you finish translating don’t forget to click on Publish button (or Update button).

Step 5: Viewing the result on the frontend

Now your site will contain a Translate widget. Visitors will be able easily switch the language what they need.
Also you may note that when you switch the language – your site address link is changed (it will be depends what have you chosen in URL mode for Language option on Settings tab of Translate plugin).

After activation of the PRO version, you need to enter license key (you can find it in your personal account on our site). To do this follow next steps:

1. Go to the Membership by Supsystic in WordPress navigation menu.
2. Click License tab on the left navigation menu of plugin.
3. Enter your email and license key.
4. Click “Activate Addon” button.

Step 2: Adjusting Membership Levels

On the left navigation menu at of Membership Plugin you can find E-commerce Tab. Here you can configure next settings tabs:

• Membership levels
• Payments
• Currency
• Dripped Content
• Orders Settings
• Statistics

Membership Levels Tab allows you to:

• Create levels
• See and edit detailes of existed ones
• Sort levels
• Search by name or ID
• Delete levels

To create a new you need Click “Add new”. Now you can edit next fields:

• Name your Membership level
• Description – here you have opportunity to add text, images or links to your level description
• Registration button name – for example “Register”
• Purchase button name – “Buy” will be written by default

Besides you can Back to the list of Membership levels without saving changes.

At the Billing section –

• Price – set the value for current level
• Recurring Subscription – check if the subscription is required and customize —
  • Billing Amount – price for recurring payments, for ex., 4 per 1 mounth
  • Billing cycle limit – the total number of recurring billing cycles for this level, including the trial period (if applicable) but not including the initial payment. Set to zero if membership is indefinite
  • Need renew text – provide a allocution words about membership level time expiring here. You can use media and links too
  • Extend Level button text – text for prolongation of Membership Level button. “Extend” will be here by default

At Content Settings –

• Categories – select category for current level
• Specific Posts – choose posts or pages for this Membership level

Don’t forget to “Save” your new Membership Level

Step 3: Set Paymens for Membership Levels

At the Payments Tab you can

• Choose Payment Method – PayPal Standard or Test Payments

For PayPal Standard you need to fill next fields:

• Email
• Elect here sale or authorization Payment Action
• Check or uncheck Test Mode
• Enter IPN Address to make IPN system work as it should

Don’t forget to “Save” your new Membership Level

Step 4: Creating Currency for your E-commerce Membership campaign

At the Currency Tab you can

• Create Currency
• See and edit detailes of existed ones
• Sort Currencies
• Search by name or ID
• Delete Currency

Besides you can Back to the list of Membership levels without saving changes.

In order to create Currency click “Add new” and enter it’s parameters:

• ISO Code of this Currency
• Symbol – enter a sign that means needed currency
• Thousands separator
• Fractional separator – the sign bebween fractional and integer part of numbers
• Fractional precision – the quantity of numbers after fractional separator
• Currency value (corresponding to default currency)
• Put symbol at left side? – if you check it will mean “yes”
• Is default? – check to make this Currency as a default for your campaign

Don’t forget to “Save” your new Membership Level

Step 5: Creating Dripping Content

To provide Dripping Content on your Membership site, you need to create post or page, then, before clicking “Publish” button, adjust:

• Dripping (scheduale) Content –
• Enable Dripping for this Content
• Set it to Appear since X minutes / days / weeks / mounth / years
• Right after Publish / User registration / Level purchace (can be with registration)
• Membership levels
• Assign to Membership Level – select one or several Membership levels
• Category – choose one or several categories for your post/page

Dripping Content Tab permits you to

• See Dripping Content
• Edit detailes of existed ones
• Sort Dripping Content
• Search by name or ID
• Delete Dripping Content

Don’t forget to “Save” your new Membership Level

Step 6: Managing Orders

At Orders Tab you can

• See Orders’ list
• Edit status of existed ones
• Sort Orders
• Search by name or ID
• Delete Orders

To change order’s Status —

• Сlick on Pencil image
• Elect Status for current order

  • Created
  • Pending
  • Paid
  • Confirmed
  • Cancelled

• Save changes
• Click Back to see orders list

Besides, if you click on users sign near clicents email, you will be redirected to WordPress Edit user’s page.

Step 7: Tuning Settings

At Settings Tab you can establish:

Open Extensions tab in order to find WooCommerce settings. They contain Main and Roles sections. On the Main tab it is possible for you to enable next parameters:

• When user bought any product assign role
• When user bought specific product: assign role
• Show purchases in profile
• Show bought products in profile
• Show product reviews in profile
• Show billing address in user settings
• Show shipping address in user settings
• Show orders in profile
• Show orders in members directory
• Show total spent in profile
• Show total spent in members directory

At the Roles tab you can establish conditions of assigning roles for purchasing special products.

For this click Create new Rule, choose product and role related to it, then Cancel or Create rule

Now, in the table below you can see the list of roles and products that are bonding with your rules.

How to use WooCommerce integration in your Membership account?

Firstly Register or Login to Membership account.

Then moove to Settings Tab and fill

• Shipping List – where to deliver the products of your purchases
• Billing list – who will pay for the order

Don’t forget to save changes.

Open Shop Tab – here you can —

• Sort products by:
  • Newness
  • Popularity
  • Average rating
  • Price from low to high
  • Price from high to low
• See product name, price, rating
• Add to basket
• Look through product description – for this click on product name

To buy click Add to basket on the products you like.

Moove to Basket via Basket Tab or View Basket button – it allows you to preview and change the whole purchasing:

• Change the quantity and see the price
• Apply Coupon – enter its code to the field
• Open product description
• Update basket – if you have added something else
• Delete the product – click red “X” button
• View Basket totals:
  • Subtotal
  • Total

To continue click Proceed to checkout.

As membership administrator you can customize Members page in Design tab -> Members Directory. In this section you will find the following settings –

• User Roles to Display – users with the chosen role will be shown on Members Page.
• Show Only Members With Photo – if this option is enabled, only members with avatar will be shown.
• Show Only Members With Cover – If this option is enabled, only members with cover photo will be shown on “Members” page.

Here you can –

• Start new conversation in the user profile
• Start new conversation in the Members Directory
• User can enable getting notifications about private message
• Check the list of all your chats
• Delete messages from conversation
• Delete conversations
• Block user

You can disable Messages feature on Main tab of Membership plugin settings. Or forbid using messages for special user role only at the Roles Tab.
