We were told last night that the problem also occurs on Android. We already reported it on IOS systems. On Windows systems it should be OK. This after updating yesterday’s version of your plugin. Good afternoon, We also encounter the problem with displaying one of the charts on our website.
The problem only occurs when viewing the site on a mobile device (iPhone/ipad) and does work when viewed on a computer.

(@admin_supsystic) Supsystic, could you please provide an access to all the last versions of the plugin, that could help every body to comeback with a stable plugin and let you the time to solve the issue. I truly beleive that this is an urgent matter, and as a Pro user I am kind of disappointed by the delay in this problem solving.

We at http://www.opusklassiek.nl faced the same problem. After updating version 1.7.2 we got a datatable error (table could not be reinitialised). This was corrected within 24 hours by a new update, 1.7.3, but quite unfortunately this update did not work for iOS and Android systems, causing the loading icon to keep spinning. This problem is now 24 hours ongoing. We therefore have rolled back version 1.7.1, the one that did not cause us any trouble. We are just waiting for version 1.7.4.
Let me add this: the Supsystic team should be more careful in delivering updates without proper and extensive testing. Anomalies have happened before and should be avoided, and particularly because there are various sites, including the ones with a commercial objective, which are severely hampered by this kind of malfunctioning.
We don’t update supsystic anymore, unless after about a month, when we are sure that no anomalies have occurred since, or when they have, they have been corrected within this time frame. Further adding to this: we are not aware of any plugin in WordPress causing so much trouble after an update.

Hi there, I’ve solved the problem by installing Pro version 1.4.2 but deactivate & uninstall free version 1.7.3 without restarting browser or windows I install previous free version 1.7.1 .
WORK on mobile Now!! but I still hoping new version 2.0
It still keep my work history, not loose anything.

Don’t forget to deactivate the data table first before installing. Suppose you know where to install: in wp-content / plugins. It will work fine, as it did here. WordPress will tell you after installation that a ‘new version’ has arrived, but this should be ignored as it is the 1.7.3 version causing so much trouble.
I fail to understand why Supsystic did not respond yet and why it takes them so long to come up with a solid update.
