It is a 7-Zip file. You can download it from here: http://www.7-zip.org/

Good to hear that. I leave the file on the site tomorrow, in case somebody else wants to download and install it.

Downloads are increasing. Need to stop therefore. Those who still want to have the file can get it through wetransfer. Send your request by means of the contact form on our website http://www.opusklassiek.nl

All requests will be handled tomorrow morning Dutch time.

Take our apologize for this inconvenience and we understand your disappointment in this situation.
Our developers are already working on that critical error that comes with update to 1.7.3
It will be fixed today as soon as possible.

As a temporary solution, you can download older stable version 1.7.1 from Dropbox here:
    Download DataTables v.1.7.1

I’m also experiencing this problem and am hoping for an update soon that fixes the issue. I have DT 1.7.3 and DT Pro 1.4.2 installed. (a bit later – installed v 1.7.1 and all good now).

In order to manually install the 1.7.1 update, it requires deleting the old version directly off my server through FTP. If I do that, will I lose my existing, published data table? It’s huge and incredibly tedious to recreate. I absolutely don’t want to risk having to do that again.

    Thanks.

    Hello @sandheld.

You don’t lose any of your tables after plugin reinstallation, because they are stored in Data Base.
It’s always safe to delete plugin from wp-content/plugins folder.

Also, we already uploaded hotfix and version 1.7.4
Please update your plugin and that issue should be resolved.

I’ve updated to 1.7.4, but the problem that I describe in this thread is still happening:
