Yes, you can auto-update your imported table from Google Spreadsheets.
To do this, go to the table editing, open Settings tab (1) and then Features tab (2). Here you will see option “Automatically import from Google Tables” (1) https://prnt.sc/felee1, enable it (2) and Link from Google Tables field will appear. You need to insert your Sheet link in this format https://prnt.sc/felfa3 (it will be the same link you used to import your table). Then save your table. To check auto-update feature, make some changes in your Google Spreadsheets table and wait for about 3-7 minutes. Refresh your page with Supsystic table and you will see your changes.
