alice.leighParticipantHi,
When we have the responsive view activated (for a 3 column pricing table) then the mobile view of the site shows the first column twice.
So we have one column repeated (one above the other) and the other two are fine (one above the other)
Is there a way to prevent this happening? Thanks

AnonymousInactiveHello alice.leigh,
this fact of course, is not normal. Can you please, provide us the direct link to the page, where you have this table?August 3, 2016 at 12:01 #10390
alice.leighParticipantHello,
The page this is happening on is here: http://staging.boardworks.co.uk/wordpress/index.php/subjects/maths/
As soon as the page loads on desktop I’m also seeing all the rows line up down the page for a few seconds before jumping to the correct place – is there anything we can do to stop this happening? Many thanks for taking the time to help with this!

AnonymousInactiveHello Alice,
Im sorry again for this delay in your issue-solving, but I do not see this problem on my iPhone (Safari browser) and Android smartphone (Chrome).
Can you please, tell which gadget do you use, version of the browser?August 4, 2016 at 15:49 #10410
alice.leighParticipantHi,
The first column of the table (in this example called KS3 and KS4 Maths) appears twice (at the top of the maths page)
This occurs in the mobile view options on the desktop (Chrome) and also on my iPhone in safari.
(I’ve uploaded a screen shot of it here: http://staging.boardworks.co.uk/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/image1.png )
On both platforms the tables also jump around in the first few seconds of being on the page. Thanks again for your help

AnonymousInactiveHello Alice,
we understood what the problem is.
The issue is that you have used description column for your first column in the table. Responsive mode is enabled by default in Pricing table settings. In this mode the table is adapting to the screen dimensions. When device screen is small, table will go into responsive mode: all columns will be shown one-by-one below each other. If you enable “Description Column” for the pricing table – description column will be shown near the each column of the table in Responsive mode. Therefore your first column is repeating near the each column.
You need to duplicate this column – add new column and move all data from the first column, then simply drag and drop the column to the required place in the table. And then disable Description Column in settings of Pricing table – http://prntscr.com/c0zrj8So I hope, this would help

alice.leighParticipantHello,
That’s brilliant! I hadn’t realized I could stop the first column being fixed!
Do you have any advice for the problem of the tables jumping around the screen when the page first loads?
Its only a momentary thing but looks a bit unprofessional. Thanks
