Is it possible to have a confirmation auto-responder email sent to the user after they fill out the form? My client is asking for this and I don’t see an option anywhere to do so. Please let me know if I am missing something here. Thanks so much!

Please, provide the detailed description, what you want to be confirmed – Subscription or something else?
To confirm user’s email address for Subscription open “Subscribe” Tab Settings, then in the field “Create Subscriber without confirmation” disable marking. Screenshot http://prntscr.com/d8do88
