itmParticipantHi,
very excited to have bought your plugins unfortunately I encountered problems with the plugins. I had a short time to make the changes on my client’s website.
When my pdf was converted the colors was wrong. So I used another way to insert page by page I no longer have the problem of color but although I put the pages in the right order it shows me the entire brochure upside down.
I also bought the Gallery plugin but I have troubles because it shows me that the image could not load, I recreated another gallery, the problem comes again. (You mentioned an incompatibility with Autoptimize plugin but I don’t use it) I bought plugins on saturday and I have already deliver the website to my customer without your plugins because the problems encountered could not be solved.
Please can you refund me.
Many thanksOctober 31, 2018 at 14:41 #20440
