My galleries have a pop up text on the bottom and in the middle of the photo. I want to keep the box that pops up on the bottom, but not the one that opens when you hover over the picture. Where is that setting.

You need to disable Caption option. Open the settings of the gallery, go to Captions tab and switch to Disable. – http://prntscr.com/cg1nd3
Don’t forget to save the settings.
For some reason, it works on all of the galleries except for when I make the photos round. Then it still shows the captions, even when that setting is correct.
