    Hi,

I installed this plugin and it seemed to work just fine putting the social buttons on my product pages of WooCommerce. However, I deactivated the plugin to show a friend ho it used to look without the buttons but it left this shortcode in their place: [supsystoc-social-sharing id=”1″]

I reactivated the plugin and the social buttons did not come back – just the shortcode above.

I clicked on Projects and the one I set up previously was there – I removed this and tried to recreate another but it now will not let me even do this.

I deactivated the plugin and then deleted it and the shortcode is still showing!

How do I fully remove the plugin (along with the shortcode and any database tables) so that I may do a fresh reinstall?

    Hello!
I’m so sorry for late reply.
Please describe me the “Where to show” settings, which you have used for social share project. If you have chosen “shortcode” for this option – you should manually delete it from the page where you have inserted the shortcode.
If the another variant of this option – please contact us through our ticket system. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.

Exactly the same problem! After a deactivation and reactivation I cannot see any button and I cannot create a new project anymore.

    Any ideas?
