    Hi,
    It says my licence is expired for Pro backup. Is it time limited?

    Hello!
    PRO version is life time. But the premium support and pro updates are time limited. One site license is available six month – 180 days. Since the date of purchase the pro license has passed 180 days. Therefore your license is expired. You can extend it for $19. It will be available 1 year after this.

    In any case, all PRO features are still available after pro license has expired. As I said before – the expiration of pro license regards only to support and pro updates.

    I’ve just got this message:

    “Your license for PRO version of Contact Form by Supsystic plugin has expired. You can click here to extend your license, then – go to License tab and click on “Re-activate” button to re-activate your PRO version.”

    I thought PRO version is unlimited? Otherwise I could just use Gravity Forms.

    Please advise 🙂

    Yes the pro version is unlimited.

    The “Re-activate” button serves to extend the pro version licence of pro support and pro updates.

    Why do I want to extend something that is already “Unlimited”.

    It does not make sense.

    I need to remove this error notice saying: “Your license for PRO version of Contact Form by Supsystic plugin has expired. You can…”

    Is this an error from the plugin or the unlimited licence expires? (Which, therefore, means that not unlimited)

    I’ve also got this error:

    “Your license has expired. Once you extend your license – you will be able to Update PRO version.”

    I don’t understand why I need to extend my licence if is unlimited as you guys advertised here:

    Functionality for the Product is without time limit. You don’t need renew product to keep it work.

    Actually, isn’t not an error, but notification window. You can simply close it by clicking “X” button on it.

    Please notice, that your Contact form free and pro version will keep working as usual and no problems with license or plugins.

    The word ‘Unlimited’ relates only to the functions of the pro version, but not to the license. Because the license is limited can be on 180 or 360 days. Only pro support and updates of the pro version is expired. While your free version will keep updating. You can read more about this at our Terms and Conditions.

    – On WordPress when you display a message highlighted with red is usually an error. This message is even displayed inside a div with the class named “Error”. So you are displaying this on my website as an ERROR.

    – The “X” button does not exist otherwise I would have done it myself.

    – On your checkout page I get this message:
    “Functionality for the Product is without time limit. You don’t need renew product to keep it work.”

    – Please don’t confuse me with the Free version. I am asking for help for the PRO licence, the one we’ve paid. Your website says the following:
    “Your license for PRO version of Contact Form by Supsystic plugin has expired. You can click here to extend your license, then – go to License tab and click on “Re-activate” button to re-activate your PRO version.”

    I need to get rid of this message that LOOKS like an error and is displayed as an Error on my website. I’ve paid for the PRO version and I need to get this fixed.

    please make sure this is updated for everyone. As we understand now that we cannot update the plugin anymore, so I don’t know how we could get this fixed.
