I sent an Excel file to you over 2 weeks ago and heard nothing, When I contacted you about this, you merged to support tickets that had no correlation with each other and have not responded to my initial issue. You were going to see if you could recreate the issue with the Excel file I sent. If you can’t do it, fine – just let me know one way or another.

I sincerely hope there is a credible reason for the lack of support – I have been working online for the past 12 years and this kind of ‘I’ve got your money – don’t bother me’ attitude affects everyone who tries to run a reliable and trustworthy online business.
