I paid for a plugin, installed it following the guide and some of the features are still not working. When i contacted support they sent me a generic link on how to install then ignored me. I sent in ANOTHER request and was met with the same issue, even though in my ticket I mentioned that i followed the install instructions (Free version + Pro version + license). I constantly keep running into things telling me to go pro, despite the license check showing it as active. At this point I want a refund since customer service is constantly ignoring me and I basically paid for nothing.
