AnonymousInactiveI am using a vertical gallery in the free version of the plugin. I have galleries with images that are 1800px wide. I set the fixed width to be 600px in all of my galleries. It seems to be displaying incorrectly on mobile and all of my images are blurry/pixelated. I can’t click on the thumbnails either. It seems like the galleries aren’t mobile-friendly at all. Is there a setting I missed to make these mobile-friendly? I am using an iphone X and have a photography website, so pixelated portfolio images aren’t really an option. Does anyone know how to fix this?

AnonymousInactiveMy website is juliarebeccaphotography.com, but it’s currently in maintenance mode. I can’t make it public until this gallery issue is resolved. As a photography website, it would be so embarrassing to “launch” my new site with all of my images looking blurry! Really hoping there is a fix.

AnonymousInactiveOn desktop, the thumbnails in these same galleries look okay, but not great. Once you click a thumbnail, the images look much nicer. However, mobile is my main concern. I need the images to look clear on phones and tablets.
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[supsystic-gallery id=1]‘) ?>

AnonymousInactiveHello,
I have the same issue with my website. They look perfect on PC but horrible on mobile devices. The thumbnails are blurry and low quality.
How can we fix this? I am a photographer and most of my website visitors are mobile users. Thank you!Examples:
http://airmanproduction.com/beauty/ With your pluginhttp://airmanproduction.com/friends-artists/ With Wp Bakery Gallery
See the diferences on mobile…
