MailChimp Account Not Working with Popup

    My popup uses the MailChimp subscription feature, where users are subscribed to my MailChimp list. The problem, however, is that successful subscribers are not being registered to my MailChimp list, even though the subscriber receives a success message. In other words, a subscriber enters his email into the pop up, presses submit, receives a responsive email, receives a responsive success notification, but yet is still not registered with my MailChimp account. Why??

    My popup regarding tracking parcels in real time uses this subscription feature, where users are subscribed there are not getting subscribed. please have a look at my site and clear my issue as early as possible
