gertParticipantI have 2 questions,
1. In the frontend of website (http://www.icico.co.za/stockist/) How can I sort the categories as I want them? As an example I would like it by Gauteng, Gauteng North, Western Cape, Mpumalnga etc – at the moment it is just loading the categories as I added them.2. In the admin area, when you edit a marker and click on the categories, it is very confusing to see which SUB category is part of which main one. I have multiple sub categories with the same name, so for me it is not clear to see which is for which. Have a look at this screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/aojjhc4crly9dgg/Screenshot%202018-06-26%2005.58.00.png?dl=0
I would like the info to show in a more sorted manner like:
Main Category 1
– Sub Category 1
– Sub Category 2
Main Category 2
– Sub Category 1
– Sub Category 2because now it is showing like this
Main Category 1
Main Category 3
Main Category 2
Sub Category 1
Sub Category 2
Sub Category 1
Sub Category 2
Sub Category 1
Sub Category 2And I cannot know which sub category is part of which main category.

Alex_supportMemberHello, @gert
You can sort your categories in “Marker Categories” tab in plugin settings: http://prntscr.com/jze2bm – you can simply drag required category up and down to change it’s position in a list.
Please note: it will work only with the same level of category – so you can change position of main categories, change position of subcategories in some parent category.Regarding improving categories list in marker settings – we discussed improvement of Marker Categories displaying and decided to implement it in our plugin.
I’ll inform you when the work will be finished. - AuthorPosts
