ben175975ParticipantHi Guys,
I’m trying to change the min zoom level setting but while it updates the map preview within Google Maps Easy, it doesn’t change the map zoom level on the page I have it embedded it on. Is this something to do with the kml file overriding the plugin settings?
This is the page I am working with (http://paraway.themice.com.au/our-stations/central/paradise/). I want the map to be by default zoomed out one more level than it is. I changed the min zoom level to 10 which gave me the zoom level I wanted in the preview in Google Maps Easy but the live page doesn’t change.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Ben

mila_supportMemberHello @ben175975
Kml file doesn’t affect to zoom settings.
I tried to reproduce your issue on our test sites and have no luck with it.
Could you please provide screenshots of the Google Map plugin settings (backend)?
I’ll check it and try to find the problem.
Also, after all changes make sure that you Save your Map.November 23, 2017 at 04:24 #16064
ben175975ParticipantHere is an example of a map I am trying to change the zoom on (http://paraway.themice.com.au/our-stations/central/paradise/). I want this one zoomed out a little more.
When I change the setting in the backend, the preview updates but the live page doesn’t change.
How do I send you the screenshot? Can’t find an email address on your site. I can send the kml file too.

mila_supportMemberHi @ben175975
Yes, you KML file can override the maps zoom.
Please turn off your KML file and try to save zoom in your map again.
If the issue doesn’t appear again – your KML file overrides the maps zoom. Please try open KML file and change zoom settings in it.If the issue still persist – with turned off kml file zoom will not save – please contact us through our internal support.
We will help you to solve the issue. - AuthorPosts
