No Confirmation Email Sent

    We are using the subscription to WordPress settings, however users are not getting the confirmation email in order to subscribe. This also means that the admin is not being alerted to new subscribers.
    I emailed support at [email protected] over 10 days ago and never received a reply.

    Here is an image of the settings we are using.

    Please note that I have had to put the pop-up into the “create subscriber without confirmation” mode for now, so that we can still collect emails while this issue is being resolved.

    I’m sorry, maybe your message have moved in a spam folder.

    We tried to reproduce your problems on our testing servers and didn’t have any luck.

    So contact to our internal support one more time. We will try to help you to solve the problem.
