Good afternoon, I installed two WordPress plugin free:
-Coming Soon Supsystic
-Pop Up Supsystic
But I have a problem, do not load the pop up on the page where coming soon is displayed. The pop up is displayed only on the main page of wordpress, but not on the coming soon.
How could it solve the problem?July 27, 2016 at 16:36 #10133
yes, you are right. We need to make a little correction in our plugin. We can offer two solutions for you
* if you need urgent – we can give you the archive with corrected version. After installing it you will need to add to the text block of coming soon add the shortcode [supsystic-show-popup id=103 load=1] – where 103 – is an ID of popup
* if you can wait a little – on Tuesday we will realise a new version of plugin with automatic correction, so you will need just to update it.July 27, 2016 at 19:19 #10145
Hello, I appreciate the prompt response, few media as precious service you give.
Actually, if I need urgent, I would love to have the first option always offer me and when I indicate in detail how, since I’m not advanced programmer.
In such a case, failing to do so assuming highly complex changes, wait until Tuesday to do it in an automated manner.July 28, 2016 at 10:12 #10234
I ll inform you about the updation. If you see the message in your plugins tab before I write to you – update the plugin and everything should work.
Best regards and have a nice end of working week!July 28, 2016 at 21:27 #10252
