    I’m trying to setting up Live Chat Plugin but I don’t know how to handle offline status. I will not be online most of the time and clients should be asked to leave their message and an email. What is the common way of dealing with offline status?

    Hello Aurel!

    You can set offline mode on Pre-Chats Triggers Tab. Crate a new trigger, select “Agent Online – No” condition, click on “Auto Start Chat” and here you can ask to leave a message and email –
