AnonymousInactiveHello, I hope you can help me. I am not sure whether to contact you or Table press. I have a Tablepress table on my website page http://topnotchcanines.com/upcomingtrials/. At the right side are Popup Plugin links for the secretary for each of my events. The pop up links have been working for over a year. Sometime recently the pop-up link stopped working. A customer wrote to me about it. The pop up works for me if I am logged in but not if I am logged out of WordPress.
The code in the table for the pop up is persons name… During my investigation I discovered that if the html code above is elsewhere on the page (not.. in the table) then the pop up in the table is displayed fine. If the html code only exists in the table there is a problem. You can see an example on my web page – note that right above the table “Date” column is a link for Kim O’Connor. When you click on Kim’s name in the Secretary column the pop up works. When you click on anyone else’s name it does not work.
Thank you for your help!

Alex_supportMemberHi, @debbie75375. I’m sorry for a late reply.
I recently checked provided page and all links for popups are working fine now. Can you specify, what was the reason of that issue and how did you solve it?May 11, 2018 at 22:45 #17540
AnonymousInactiveI found a reference on the Tablepress web site that led me to change the code for the popup to
[table id=1 cache_table_output=false /]
I’m am “antique” mainframe computer programmer and business owner designing my own website so…I am not sure why this works but it does :O)

Alex_supportMemberHi, @debbie75375.
Looks like the reason of that issue was in cache – when you disabled cache for your table – our popups started to show again.
We are glad that your issue was solved, please contact us if you’ll need our help again. - AuthorPosts
