Popup not displaying when button clicked

Hello, I am attempting to make a popup box that will display reviews on text.kraftwerkk9.com. I have created the popup and selected “Click on certain link / button / other element”. I added this html to a widget area:

This has created a button that I have positioned on the left side of the screen, but clicking the button does nothing. What did I do wrong?

I am using a child theme of Genesis on WP 4.7.
