Hi! I have enabled the popup on click for a button on my page. However, when the button is clicked nothing but a blank page shows.
I have also tried using the javascript way, but on click I get the error:
“ppsCheckShowPopup is not defined
at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick”
or
“ppsShowPopup is not defined
at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick”
depending on what function I use. What could be the problem for these errors?

Please provide the page link of your site with popup on click
and describe which popup code and how you have added it to the page – via text editor or by code,
thus I can see what’s wrong and help you.
