info738400ParticipantI’d like to have the popup open at the top of the window, regardless of where the link to the popup is on the page. For instance, the link to the popup found here (https://www.figeducation.com/nurse-life-care-planning/) “Let’s take a look at the class packages (Aspen, Maple, & Sequoia) – click here.”
Having “Enable Layered PopUp Style” unchecked displays the bottom of the popup, with the top of it positioned at the top of the website.
Having “Enable Layered PopUp Style,” “Relative to other Element,” and “Relative to Clicked Element” selected, along with the Bottom position, displays the top of the popup just below the clicked content, not centered, and it’s in the same position as when the Bottom Left position is selected.
Is there a way to force the popup open at the top of the browser window, even when the link is at the bottom of the page?

Alex_supportMemberHi, @info738400.
I tried to reproduce your issue, but unfortunately have no luck with it.
If I enable “Enable Layered PopUp Style” option and simply choose “Top”: http://prntscr.com/jij5yb, popup is showing at the top of browser window, even if link for it is at the bottom of the page. Here is screenshot for you: http://prntscr.com/jij6hjI checked provided page and unfortunately popup is not there now. To test and resolve this issue we need to test it on your side, that’s can you send us a link, where we can see your popup? Also, we need to know the exact settings of your popup from “Popup Location” tab.
