I bought your PRO version and used it nicely since some months ago when 1.6.3 came out.
From that moment forward I am not being able to update the plugin. Every time that there was a new version coming out and I’d try to update it, it would stop and say that there was a problem with the update because the package is empty.
Now I’m currently unable to update to version 1.6.8.
The error message is the following:
Downloading update from http://54.68.191.217/?pl=com&mod=updater&action=u&k=12a668a6c6a0bf6a8f535b5b53a6ccbe&s=popup_by_supsystic_pro&t=plugin&l=1493905&v=1.6.8&lic=bC5tYW5ub0BpbmJveC5jb218Y2YzZmQzMjg3YzQ0NjIzZWRmZTIxYmNhMTA2MjI3OGQ
ERROR: the package can’t be found. The package is empty.
Also it’s been a while (probably it started on the same time) that every time I login on WP it tells me that my license as expired (Which it HAS NOT) and to buy a new one. I just go on the license tab and click on the confirm button and the message goes away. I have to do it every single time and it’s very annoying.
Please resolve.

We are sorry for these inconvenience. We will fix the problem with pro updates. In the meantime – try to deactivate pro version and update it. If you still will have any problems with it – just let us know.As for the exparation of pro license – please contact us through our internal support and provide us your order ID. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.

IT is impossible to update the PRO version.
IS this happening only to me or I’m not the only one??
If it doesn’t get fix soon enough you will definitely lose a customer.

We tried to reproduce this issue on our test servers – and have no luck with this.
