I have followed the page link on your site you have provided. Please make sure you use the Google Maps Easy plugin, as so it has a shortcode like this – [google_map_easy id="1"] , but not – http://prntscr.com/i7tqhj .
Besides there is an error in your site template, press F12 or open dev tool and click on console tab to see it too. The error may affect on your other plugins work, contact your site template developers to help you.
