Christy SpencerParticipantA client notified me that her entry in my gallery was not showing up. I pinned the problem down realizing the picture was only absent from the gallery when viewed from mobile devices. I tried simply reuploading, but ultimately downsizing the image file size seemed to fix it. That scenario repeated with a few more entries, but now I have one that I’ve downsized and it’s still not showing up when I view the gallery from my phone (and yes I have cleared cookies and history and refreshed the page). Has anyone else had this problem?

The link to the gallery is below. This particular entry is now displaying, which makes me wonder if there is just a delay in mobile device browsers receiving changes to the site files? If that’s the case then it’s strange that it happens on some entries and not others.http://bergerartists.com/artists/

As I see now everything is okay. Maybe it was cache in your mobile browser? Because there is no delay in mobile device browsers receiving changes to the site files.
If this issue will repeat again – please contact us and describe detail what images exactly not showing up in your gallery on mobile device. I will check what is wrong.February 5, 2016 at 09:44 #7362
Christy SpencerParticipantHi, I really appreciate that you are listening and looking into this with me. This is occurring again with an entry that I made tonight; the image is Studebaker and is the most recent entry in “all” and in the “tenor” category. I have cleared the data and history on the phone, closed and restarted the app, and had another check on an ipad (who had not previously viewed the page). The entry does not appear on those devices, but it does appear in various browsers. I also downsized the image file to be less than 30kb, whereas the original entry was 53kb (just a hunch on my part), but to no effect.

I’m sorry for late reply.
I have checked the issue – on different mobiles and browsers – gallery works fine. Also I have checked the size of image – it is less than 30kb – 26.6kb.
