Recently my client logged into admin area, added some data but also, probably, changed something in my table. Now it looks wrong and very strange and some columns are in the wrong place. How can it be fixed?

Most likely Responsive mode option was changed. Open your table and then open Design subtab at Settings tab. Here you will see Responsive mode option https://prnt.sc/fy2swa. Try different modes or you can disable it at all.
