I have been developing a site that required the “thank you” page after the user submits a form that shows the form values for the user to check, is this possible?
you can make a redirect to the page you need after your site guest has sent the contact from to you. Enter the page link you want your subscriber will be redirected to in Submit Options. Screenshot – http://prntscr.com/dgk6ft
Also we can make a special short code in order to show recently submitted data on the any page.

You will need to specify the link of the page and add this shortcode [supsystic-form-submitted] to the redirecting page. In this case after submitting the form, user will be redirected to the page with information about his answers.
