AnonymousInactiveHi there,
I’m using your PopUp Plugin and I like it a lot!!
Unfortunately I’m having a problem with the colour and font size in the popup. They don’t match the (correct) preview, the size and colour in the original pop up on the website aren’t correct. I’ve tried things like adjusting font family / size / colour in the editor but that doesn’t seem to have any effect.
I hope you can help me out.
Thanks in advance!
Greetings,

mila_supportMemberHello!
Unfortunately I cannot see your screenshots here on the forum. – http://prntscr.com/ar8nsn
However, most likely your problem appears because of the conflict with the styles of your WordPress theme. Please contact us through the Internal Support . Attach there your screenshots and give us the link to your WordPress theme. We will check everything on our testing servers and help you.April 12, 2016 at 16:01 #8274
AnonymousInactiveHi Mila,
Thanks for your reply. I’m pretty sure that the problem is indeed a conflict with my WP theme. I would like to send you the screenshots, unfortunately I can’t send the screenshots via the link you provided me because it leads to your ‘contact us’ page.
Therefor I send you the link to the website which is: https://www.bluewater.legal/ondernemerspakket/ The C2A on the bottom triggers your pop-up.The theme I’m using is a WP ‘stage’ theme from Yootheme, where I have installed the Morebi font for the headers and for the rest I’m using Lato.
Hoping to here from you!
