I created several maps each with his marker, now I want to make a global map that contains each of the markers other maps without having to add them one by one manually.

We can advise you the next plan. Use the function export/import of markers.
1. Export all the markers from each map to CSV file
2. Make one global map
3. In each file (CSV) change the id of the map and insert the id of this global map
4. Import each file one by one.
