These Terms and Conditions apply to all premium WordPress plugins sold by Supsystic.
Plugin License Key
With your purchase, you will receive a non-transferable plugin license key. This key is required to activate the PRO features, receive updates, and access support.
- Validity: Plugin license keys are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Restrictions: You may not share, sell, or give away access to your license key. Transfer is only possible upon request by contacting our support.
- Deactivation: PRO features will be disabled if your license expires or is revoked. We reserve the right to revoke any license not used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Annual Subscription
When purchasing the PRO version, you automatically receive an annual PRO license, which includes:
- All PRO features
- Technical support for PRO features
- Regular updates, improvements, and access to new PRO features and templates
There are no guarantees that the plugin will continue to work with all future versions of WordPress or third-party plugins/themes.
License types:
- Single License – 1 site activation
- Dev License – 5 site activations
- Enterprise License – 50 domain activations
Licenses can be extended or renewed after expiration.
Plugin Delivery
Upon successful payment, you can download the plugin files and license key from your account. Access remains available for as long as your license is valid. If your license expires, access to downloads will be paused until the license is renewed.
Plugin Updates
You can download the latest version of the plugin from your account page. Older versions are available upon request.
Lifetime License Clarification
Some of our licenses are labeled as “Lifetime”, which is a marketing term referring to 5 years of full access to the plugin, including updates and support.
We believe this is still an exceptionally fair and competitive offer based on industry standards. Unlike many others, we fully support and maintain our plugins for the entire 5-year period — with timely updates, active development, and responsive customer support.
Warranty
Our plugins are guaranteed to function correctly on a fresh installation of WordPress using a default theme.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party themes or plugins. If issues arise, our team will support you to the best of our ability, following our support policy below.
Plugin Support
You are entitled to support for as long as you hold a valid license key.
What’s included:
- Assistance with plugin-specific issues
- Minor CSS tweaks to fix styling issues with your theme
- Tips on how to get the most from our plugins
What’s not included:
- Troubleshooting third-party plugin or theme conflicts
- Major customizations or complex CSS changes
- Functional conflicts (e.g. JavaScript issues)
- Custom development or altering the plugin’s intended use
- Support for outdated WordPress versions (unless otherwise stated)
We strive to provide the best possible support but do not guarantee resolution to every issue or within specific timeframes.
Support Times
Official support hours: 10:00 – 18:00 (GMT+02:00), Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Support priority:
- Pro License holders: Response within 12 working hours
- Free License users: Response within 24–48 working hours
We aim to acknowledge all requests promptly and work toward resolution in a timely manner.
Price Changes
Supsystic reserves the right to modify, cancel, or change plugin pricing, subscription terms, and/or license conditions at any time without prior notice.
Ownership
All plugins sold on this website are the intellectual property of Supsystic. You may not claim ownership or redistribute any of our software, media, documentation, or content without our explicit permission.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if we’re unable to resolve a problem related to our plugin and you request a refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal.
Please note: As these are WordPress plugins, they may conflict with other themes or plugins outside of our control. While our plugins are tested on multiple environments, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party code.
No refunds are issued after 30 days.
