I’ve made a video popup and enabled subscription fields. My goal is to collect data for potential recruits for the company so I can personally reach out to them. Therefore, I don’t need or want any email service integrated with the collection of the data. I just want the visitor to be able to enter in their information (name, phone, email and zip code) into the form without having to “subscribe” to my email service or wordpress. I can’t figure out how to do this. Isn’t there a way I can have the form simply collect data and I can export it from wordpress via csv/excel as needed? Please help!!!!

AnonymousInactiveHello. We have been answered you in our live support, but I will try to explain it with additional details.
Simply clear the fields with email text on Subscribe tab of Popup settings, thus will make your notifications clear. Now you cannot collect simply the data, WordPress will you need the users with all provided information in popup after subscription on your site. If you don’t need this information in your WordPress admin area -wait please, a little our development department will finish the development of our new plugin – Contact Forms, once it will be done – we will integrate it with our PopUp plugin. At least, you can use shortcode of any other contact form plugins, and just disable subscription at all. Paste the shortcode in text block of popup – and disable subscription option on Subscribe tab. If you will use subscription option in popup and will disable all emails about subscription – you will need to enable “Create Subscriber without confirmation” – this option allows you to create a subscriber and get all information – right after subscription, without the email confirmation process. Unfortunately you cannot get ONLY the info they provided in the subscription form upon exporting via csv/excel.I hope
