    I’ve created a popup using the SimpleHTML Template. Purpose: create my own CTA popup.

    Unfortunately, I don’t get the CTA options to work:
    When to close PopUp -> Only after action (Subscribe / Share / Like)
    Whom to show -> Until user makes an action / Remember x for days

    Am I right: these options only work with the given “subscribe” templates?

    Do you have any code templates or examples, for creating my own CTA popup?
    (Classnames for shell, form and submit button …)

    Hi @Kerstin

    Thank you for contacting us about your Popup plugin question.

    Please make sure you have saved changes after turning on that options.
    If this will not help, please provide the page link on your site with the issue, thus I can see what’s wrong and help you.

    You can find all used CSS and HTML code inside your popup CSS\HTML tab – http://prntscr.com/hyf8ps

    Besides, Popup plugin has it’s documentation custom codes.

    Hi,
    unfortunately I cannot provide a link: since popup doesn’t work for me aus dedicated, it’s still on development stage (not on production).
    The code is really simple:

    ` <div id=”expop_headline”>Hallo . World</div>
    <div id=”expop_message”>
    <p>Book, Films … Stay informed.</p>
    </div>
    <form action=”https://www.pinterest.de/&#8221; target=”_blank”>
    <button id=”expop_button” type=”submit”>
    <i class=”fa fa-pinterest”></i>Follow us on Pinterest
    </button>
    </form >`

    But the submit button seems not to be recognized as a ‘subscribe/share/…’ i.e. CTA button by the HTML Popup
    The CTA options don’t work, regardless of saving options one hundred times ;-)

    Next try/workaround : adopt a subscribe popup, convert it into this simple “Follow on pinterest” Popup.

    In my environment (wordpress 4.9.1, debug=true), the subscribe panel is broken by a list of depracted messages: https://prnt.sc/hywl3a

    An idea, beside of turning debug mode off?

    Hi @Kerstin

    The screenshot you have send includes errors from campaign monitor library. But we will try to fix their errors for you in one of the next versions of the plugin. I will inform you about the update.

    Also, you can insert the code above inside Text Block on the Texts Tab on the Design Tab – http://prntscr.com/i1bezr and Save changes
