Other form plugins store contact form data in a database that can be accessed later. For example, if John Doe fills out your form, you should be able to log in to your dashboard and see a list of everyone why contacted you that day. This is an extra level of comfort in case email fails to send the contact form data to the administrator. Does this form plugin have that? I can’t find it.

Yes, you can use the option Export to CSV file on Submit Options Tab in your Contact Form. Screenshot http://prntscr.com/dge0nt
Tick it and Save changes. From this moment all the Contact Form gathered data will be stored in it and, by clicking on the Export to CSV, you can upload this file to your computer in any moment.
