I’m trying to use the two column html popup template. When I place an image in the first column I’m unable to change its dimensions. I’m even changing the size using the underlying text option rather than just the visual option and the change is never reflected in the saved popup. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Sorry I can’t provide a link because my site isn’t live yet.

Go to CSS/HTML Code tab -> CSS editor -> find this code http://prntscr.com/a7y4m2 and delete it. After this you will be able to change the image dimensions.
