Just checked on my pop up settings (pro version) and they have both been deleted. Not sure when they disappeared, but I did install the Supsystic Live Chat plugin two days ago and when it would not work. (none of the live chat admin tabs or buttons worked when clicked) I de-activated and deleted it. Is that related to the pop ups deleting? Will I find them hidden anywhere?September 2, 2017 at 14:21 #15417
Hi @John Plant
Thank you for contacting us about your question.
We tried to reproduce your problems on our testing servers and didn’t have any luck. So most likely there is a conflict with your other plugin or your theme. We hope you understand that we can’t test our products with all other plugins and themes that are available on the market, and we can’t control the other developers. Therefore bad code of other plugins or templates can provoke a lot of problems.
Please try to install and activate Supsystic Live Chat plugin and then deactivate all your other plugins one by one and check the issue. Thus you will find out which plugin causes the error. If it won’t help, try to switch temporarily to a standard WordPress theme. Afterwards let us know about the result. This will help our developers to solve your problem faster.September 2, 2017 at 16:03 #15418
Thanks for your quick response. I have worked out that the Yoast plugin is causing a conflict and have asked them to investigate. The problem was effecting all functions within your plugin, so I could not even add any new popups. With Yoast de-activated the original popups returned to the list.
