AnonymousInactiveThank you for creating this versatile plugin — it’s much better than any other popup plugin. With that said, I’m having issues with the popup on click appearing upon a first visit to the page. The click sometimes loads nothing or even takes me to an about:blank page. Once I reload the page the popups all work great. I reviewed the “How to open popup on click” guidelines and used the linked shortcode method. I also tried adding the website server side code to the functions.php. This is on a Qode Bridge template and simply linked to text within a visual composer text box.
You can see the integration and function here: https://macphersonbetasite.com/about-us/leadership/
Thank you for any support and advice.

sandyParticipantHi,
Thanks for getting back in touch.
The difficulty I have is that the popup works on this test page: http://www.heating-quotes.co.uk/abcde/ at the bootom where is says “To get quotes fill out the form below. Or for a quick call back please click here.”
However on another page: http://www.heating-quotes.co.uk/condensing-boilers/ the ‘click here’ goes to an “Ooops page”
The code for the popup is the same on both pages namely
FOR the ABCDE page – <p align=”center”>To get quotes fill out the form below. Or for a quick call back please <font color=”blue”><u>click here</u></font>.</p>And the other page – <p align=”center”>To get quotes fill out the form below. Or for a quick call back please <font color=”blue”><u>click here</u></font>.</p>
I’d like to be able to litter new pages with “click here” to try to obtain customer details on many occasions. I thought it might be that I have the wrong settings for the popup. But, I have spend two days trying to remedy the matter.
Additionally, I was a bit disappointed with my original designer who seems to have created pages differently. So I need to be able to change the source “theme” codes in wordpress for it to work as well as in content pages. I am very new to wordpress but am reasonable with coding HTML, but in now way an expert.
Thanks for your help, in advance.
Sandy.
