I installed the popup and everything works fine, except for the background overlay. I want to darken the background when the pop up opens. I already put the option to 0.8 opacity, color. I tried with a custom image and even the snow thing is not working, I don’t want to waste time going into the code because i bought this plugin to save time. Plese give me a solution.
Most likely you use Layered PopUp Style feature. In this case background overlay will not work.
Background overlay works only with standard center position.
Try to disable Layered PopUp Style on Popup Location section of Design Tab,
Save changes – http://prntscr.com/eqs4sz – and popup will begin to work the way you need.
