Can someone please help me – I’m using Supsytic PopUp and Contact Form plug-ins for my website and everything used to work, however I noticed I had not gotten any leads for weeks so just went and tested and the pop up contact form is not longer working. It still appears, however when you fill it out and click submit it simply redirects to the homepage and does not actually submit anything.
