Tag in InfusionSoft

    Hello,

    How do I ‘tag’ people who have submitted a form in InfusionSoft so that they automatically get entered into a campaign? Is this possible? When I submit the form, the contact shows up in InfusionSoft, but I cannot find out how to put them into a specific campaign so that it automatically sends them an email with my content.

    Hi,

    I could also do with help on his topic. when I run a test, the test contact appears in InfusionSoft but I have no way of tagging/tracking them, therefore I can’t assign them to a campaign.

    Hi there,

    I’ve just updated the plugin and tried a test received the following error message:

    exception ‘GuzzleHttp\Exception\ClientException’ with message ‘Client error: POST https://api.infusionsoft.com/token resulted in a 400 Bad Request response: {“error”:”invalid_grant”,”error_description”:”Invalid refresh token”} ‘ in /mnt/stor2-wc2-dfw1/436122/989932/www.itfocus-tm.com/web/content/wp-content/plugins/popup-by-supsystic-pro/infusionsoft/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle

    The problem must be because you didn’t update Pro version of Popup plugin, which contains all main fixes. Please update both versions and try the tag feature for Infusion Soft subscription. If you still have problems with it, please write to our Internal Support and we will help you.
