Hi there. I have many opt in forms active on my site, used for obtaining emails before allowing them to download an ebook. But once someone opts in and downloads one ebook and put on my mailing list (Mailchimp), they are unable to opt in to another form to get a different ebook. Here is the message they get:
“:….. is already a list member. Use PUT to insert or update list members.
I use different lists for each of my forms, so not sure why this is happening. Can a user not be on different lists?
Hello. We tested subscription to different subscribe lists to Mailchimp and everything was fine.
Please, make sure that you are using different subscribe lists in your popups: http://prntscr.com/jgjeax. If so, please contact us via our internal contact form to clarify details of that issue.
