    Hi there,
Building an intentionally bad website here http://103.27.32.10/~thebookofdarryl

    1. I would like to have the top right image “Buy the book” to popup [supsystic-show-popup id=105] which I have prepared.

When I enter the shortcode here – I don’t get the popup
    http://snap.ashampoo.com/AZQgOMaK4Ec57HuUeDCkHEL9fxA1pcYq4KwLxwWT3YrZBgpFksqRW4Q5TRxeuruQ

I can get it to work by replacing the image module in the divi builder with a text module and adding this code
    <div align=”right”><div>

    BUT
Many of the buttons have popups and we also have timed popups (the site is meant to be built by a 13 year old and intentionally has too many popups).

When I change all of the buttons text modules instead of images I end up with random <” displaying in chrome.

Can you look at my 1. example and tell me if I can add the popup shortcode to an image in a different way?

In Divi I can’t revert back to a full text mode of the page as it will lose all the building I did in the builder mode so I can’t add code as per your instructions in ‘text mode’ I need to use the page builder as I’m handing over the site to the creators of the music/gif project with relatively simple instructions on what to do when it’s time to add a popup.

Cheers and thanks for any tips.

    Hello,

Thank you for choosing our plugin and sorry for the long response.
Normally we don’t have problems with adding shortcode in URL. Please check if some JS or CSS optimization is enabled in your theme’s settings or in caching plugins. Please try to temporary disable it, purge all website’s caches, clear browser’s cache and check if you there’s a problem with popup added in URL. If it won’t help please contact us through our internal support.
We will help you to solve the issue.

It looks like you haven’t closed tag in this http://snap.ashampoo.com/ITqCafvVEuQITuMTbUfbXxJ08nEOAWpJLAMLgCCKWttlIbakVFLO7vo4DSLek2NV snippet. Can it cause the error with < ? Best regards, https://supsystic.com
    Dante
