worst customer service response!

    My license was expired and I purchased it again. Since then I have been trying to reactivate my plugin but it says ” There was a problem with sending a request to our authentication server. Please try later”
    I am having this issue since last week. I am writing my complaints to Supsystic but what I only receive in response is just a computer-generated reply with my complaint ticket number!

    No help- the plugin is not working and I am stuck with this worst customer service response!
