AnonymousInactiveHello,
I was in the process of testing some different fixed header and responsive options when suddenly my table basically quadrupled each row for no apparent reason. I was not even in the editor to change anything, I was only in the settings and changing the fixed header option. But now my table in editor and preview mode is showing 4 rows of header, 4 rows of the next entry, 4 rows of the next entry etc. Why did this just happen? What started as a 25 row table is now 150 and I wasn’t doing anything with the table data.
What causes this issue? How can I fix it?
Megan

AnonymousInactiveI do not have the table published and I cannot publish it looking as it does right now unless you can tell me you are going to look at it immediately and then I can take it down again as soon as you are finished.
Is there no way for me to attach a screenshot?
Thanks,

AnonymousInactiveIt’s been 2 days and I have received no response therefore I must disable the table in the article for the time being.
Please let me know when you are available to assist again. I cannot leave these tables active on the site for days at a time when they look like that. In general, I like your plugin and would like to continue using it. Please help me resolve this frustrating issue.

mila_supportMemberHi @garneranalysis
I came on your site with android device and can see you have changed the responsive mode of the table, so it looks nice on mobile device now – https://prnt.sc/gj26qi . Is there any other issue about the table?
Also there are some errors on your site, you can see them if you open developers tool by pressing F12 button and chose Console tab – http://prntscr.com/gj27il . This errors are not related with Supsystic Data Table plugin, but can effect on your site and your table. In order to fix errors you can contact other plugin developers or turn off the plugins that are casing issues on your site.

AnonymousInactiveColumn hiding is the responsive option I’ve always used on that table. It looks nice NOW because I went in and deleted 80+ duplicate rows. I couldn’t leave it live on the site all weekend with duplicated data.
I’ll have to research the site errors further but for the record, sometimes this duplicating issue even occurs in the plugin editor on the back-end of the site.

mila_supportMemberHi @garneranalysis
Also site errors can be inside admin area while you will be saving new changes to the table – press F12.
And there is another one variant to see errors – at php_error.log file of your server. In the case you have solved errors with other plugins and the issue with the table still persist –
Please contact us through our internal support. We will help you to solve the issue - AuthorPosts
