    Hello Admin,
    My Order ID: 14090
    Product: Data Tables Generator: Unlimited sites
    Order Date: 01-29-2018 02:30:13
    Status: Pending
    Price: ?99.00 (PAID via PayPal)
    License Key: suxxxxxxxxxg
    Avaliable Till: 1970-01-01 00:00:00

    My qustion:

    I having problem to key-in licence key, it keep popup message ‘There are no licence for this product’?
    I try delete and reinstall app but still receive same message.
    I try key-in in my other wordpress account under same email but still failure with this message popup.

    Want should I do? Do I need to claim refund and purchase again??

    We have already answered you via our internal support. Please check your email one more time, and the spam folder too.
    There is a double of the answer:

    Please try to reinstall both free and pro versions of plugin using this instruction:
    1. Install and activate the latest Free version of the plugin.
    2. Download zip archive with PRO version from your personal account on the http://supsystic.com/my-account/my-orders/ – you will find a unique download link after purchase.
    3. Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload.
    4. Upload the archive.
    5. When the installation has completed, click “Activate Plugin”.
    6. After activation of the PRO version, you need to enter license key (you can find it in your personal account on our site). To do this follow the next steps:
    7. Go to the plugin in WordPress navigation menu.
    8. Click License tab on the left navigation menu of plugin.
    9. Enter your email and license key.
    10. Click “Activate” button.

    In the case the problem still persists, please contact us through our internal support. We will help you to solve the issue.
