I am trying to export my tables from a live site to a development site. We will then push the development site to the live server. The export function is not working. I have tried disabling plugins, switching themes, and the usual other troubleshooting methods. I have a single license which is installed on the test server. Another license was used for the live server, but we no longer have access to the registration information. Please can you tell me if this is a licensing problem? How can I work around this? I cannot disable the license on the live server since that site is currently in use. https://www.drummondgroup.com and https://drummond.spidertrainers.com

Thank you for contacting us regarding your question!
You have one license.
For one site.
To use it on another site, you need to unbind the license. You already wrote to us in internal and gave you the answer. Read it, please.

Yes, I understood the response. We have two licenses, but I no longer have the credentials for the older licnese.
I just need to know if the licensing issue is preventing the export from working.
