Fails to Load, No customer service

Have sent 3 emails to support with no reply, Have the pro version and it fails to load to the front end, paste lint into the text editor and still nothing, the preview button just spins around, have deleted and reintalled the plugin, have reinstalled word press, so unless you can fix it please process my refund

Not very impressed with your service.
