    Hi,
When I try to autoimport from Google Sheet, I get the following error.
“Failed to import selected file: Wrong spreadsheet id or url”

I have changed theme and deselected all plugins and still error remains.
Any idea on how this can be resolved would be appreciated.

    Regards
    John

Is there any chance of even a response to let me know that my problem is being dealt with. If the plugin does not work or do what it’s advertised as doing, fine, let me know, return my payment and we will leave it at that.

    Hi,
I followed your instructions but continue to receive the same error. I’ve checked sharing options and they are as required.

    Hi Alex,
I have disabled all plugins (except supsystic plugins), and reverted to the default theme, twenty seventeen, and still have the same issue.

I have left your username and password active for you to see for yourself. Feel free to disable plugins and themes to see for yourself. This issue has been going on since I bought the plugin. If it doesn’t work with the default wordpress theme and without any plugins enabled, I assume it just doesn’t work. If that is the case I have no problem taking a refund and moving on, as this has taken up way too much time already.

    Regards
    John

I have the exact same issue. This very frustrating, since I purchased this plugin for this functionality. It is a great plugin, but Google sheet integration would be a great feature to have.

    Hi,

I have found why it did not work. It is because I did not set correctly the shared parameters of the Google SpreadSheet.

It must be like that :
    Google SpreadSheet Parameters

So like that It works for me.

I hope that will help you.

    Best Regards,

    Hello.

Can you check your google spreadsheet share settings? Is it available to edit for everyone who has a link?
Also, you should use link from browser address bar, not from share window.
Here is clarifying screenshot whith a proper link to use: http://prntscr.com/ipzjpf

Please try it and let us know the results.

    Thanks Alex,
Your suggestion to use the link from the browser address bar, not from share window worked for me.
