The plugin does not seem to work with my website. It crashes the browser when trying to import a table either with XLSX or XLS.

Now I see your problem. And yes, we need the access to your WordPress admin area. Please contact us through the Internal Support. Write there the admin credentials and also please send us the file, that you want to import. And we will help you.
