I have renewed the license and when activating according to the instructions on this website, I am unpleasantly surprised that it cannot be activated and that the following error message appears:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site administrator’s email inbox for instructions.
Learn more about WordPress diagnostics.”
This similar inconvenience had happened to me and what I did was use another wordpress site and the activated “PRO” folder took it to the site that wanted to activate it.
However now on the other site that doesn’t work either.
Is there a way to activate the license manually? What solution is there for this type of problem?
